Do you only work with people with ADHD?No, an ADHD coach does not only work with people who have an ADHD diagnosis. While ADHD coaching is specifically designed to help individuals with ADHD, many of the strategies I use with my clients - such as time management, organization, emotional regulation, and goal-setting - can benefit both a wide range people.
