About Me
Hi there! I’m Camila Dragonetti—a late-diagnosed ADHD’er, mom of three (two of whom are also navigating ADHD), and someone who totally gets how wild and challenging this ride can be.
I was diagnosed with ADHD in my early 40s, and wow, it was a rollercoaster of emotions: relief, grief, overwhelm, and a lot of "what now?" moments. For a long time, I felt stuck in a loop of big feelings and anxiety. But things started to change when I dug into strategies that worked and focused on taking care of myself. Little by little, I shifted my mindset, found my groove, and took back control of my life. That journey sparked a passion in me for helping others do the same.
The best tools and insights I’ve learned came from my ADHD & Life Coach Training Program at the ADD Coach Academy (ADDCA). They're the global leader in the ADHD Coach Training and Education and offer the first and largest comprehensive ADHD Coach Training Program fully accredited by the ICF and PAAC. I'm also a proud Member of the ADHD Coaches Organization (ACO).

I firmly believe that everyone has hidden strengths just waiting to shine. I’ve had my own struggles with self-esteem, but I’ve learned those struggles don’t define me—or you. They’re just part of the messy, beautiful process of growth and happiness.
When I’m not coaching, you’ll find me soaking up family time (we love summer camping), walking my German Shepherd, or unwinding at home—usually crocheting, reading, or watching a show with my husband.
Being originally from Brazil and living in Canada for over 20 years, I bring a unique perspective to my coaching that’s rooted in empathy and cultural understanding. Whether you’re newly diagnosed, parenting kiddos with ADHD, or just looking to unlock your potential, I’m here to help. Let’s work together to discover your strengths and create a life that truly feels good.
